As a communication designer, I’ve built a 20-year career in almost all areas—mostly print, web and broadcast. I’ve actively contributed to the design community in Austin, Texas for eight years. I lead the country’s third-oldest visual arts group on Meetup.com, the Austin Design and Visual Arts Network. I’ve worked for many of Austin’s top firms, like Freescale, 3M, Stratfor, and Digital River.
Design Approach
My design style and philosophy is sometimes quirky or unusual, but always clear and understandable. Design is foremost an effort of communication. If the “noise” is too high to receive the “signal”, the effort is wasted.
